Tiny House at Large

Wow, so glad the thieves didn’t get away. Thank God for such a wonderful neighbor. With this not being the first Tiny House that was stolen, or almost stolen, it makes me wonder what preventative measures could be taken? Now that insurance companies are finally getting on board ( see here: http://www.insuremytinyhome.com/tiny-home-insurance-blog/) maybe there is some sort of boot like device that one could put on the wheels of their Tiny House to make it impossible to move?

Tiny Epiphanies

Sheila and I were woken up this morning at 5:00 AM by our doorbell followed by a furious banging on our front door. Sheila got up, opened the office window over the front door and asked the guy standing there, “Can I help you?” At which point the guy answered, “Somebody is stealing your tiny house! It’s on the other side of the housing complex!”That was more than enough to get our attention. I threw some clothes on, put on some shoes and grabbed the car keys. Meanwhile Sheila found out from the guy that the cops were already there and involved. We ran out the door, got in the car and started driving. I didn’t even know which direction to go.
